FIT

UGG has a regular size fit. The UGG models made and lined with sheepskin such as the UGG Classic models run slightly out. These models must therefore fit well to the foot. Make sure the toe does not touch the toe of the shoe.

Sheepskin has limited resistance to moisture and rain. We recommend treating the sheepskin with Carbon Pro anti-moisture spray before and during wearing (7 times each) to ensure that the material is somewhat water-resistant. This maintenance product is also very suitable for other materials.

MEASURE FEET

- Get a pen or pencil and a ruler. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against the wall.
- Place your foot on a flat surface with your heel against the wall.
- Mark the longest part of the foot, if necessary use a ruler for a straight line. Note: your big toe is not always your longest toe.
- Repeat this for the other foot as well. Assume the length of the largest foot.

UGG Women's Classic Ultra Mini Ankle Boots. UGG Classic Ultra Mini II has a lightweight Treadlite UGG™outsole that provides cushioning, durability and grip. The Classic Ultra Mini II is made of double sided sheepskin and suede with nylon stitching. The cushioning foam sockliner is finished with UGGpure™wool to naturally wick away moisture. The shaft is 8 cm high and 14 cm wide.

This model of UGG contains real sheep or lamb wool. The wool can come from Australia, Ireland, the United Kingdom or the United States. The wool is artificially colored and treated.

Delivery in the Netherlands is possible to a home- or work address, PostNL service location or store pick-up in a Nolten store. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. During Sale, promotions and public holidays the delivery time is 2-3 working days.

The shipping of your order (NL, BE, DE, LU) is free from € 50. Pick up in our stores is always free. Check the delivery page for shipping costs to other countries.

Payments

Prices

Exchanges & Returns
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the next day after receipt of your order. Returns within the Netherlands & Belgium are free. Free returns are uninsured and at your own risk. Returns from other countries are at your own expense. Orders in NL & BE can be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color of the same price. If you want to exchange from other countries, you can return the received item and order a new item.

Refunds
After receipt of your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days. This also applies to sale items. If you return all items in your order, we will also refund the shipping costs.
