Pick-Up & Delivery

All orders from € 50, - have free delivery in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. The delivery costs of orders below € 50, - are € 4.95. We also ship to various countries within Europe. The shipping costs vary per country.

Shipping your order

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. Longer delivery times are mentioned while ordering or you will receive a notification by e-mail. During Sale or Promotions, the delivery time is 2-3 business days within the Benelux and Germany. For other countries the delivery time is 3-6 business days.

Delivery of your online order

Delivery to your home or work address with PostNL (or one their partners).
- You will receive track & trace notifications when your order is dispatched.
- If you cannot take the order in reception by the first attempt, you will receive a digital notification to collect the package within 7 days at a pick-up location.

Pick up at more than 3000 pick-up points from PostNL (Netherlands only)
- You will receive notifications form PostNL when your order is dispatched.
- You will receive a notification from PostNL with the specific pick up time for your order. You have to collect the order within 7 days.


Delivery abroad
- Shipping to Belgium, Luxemburg & Germany is free from € 50. For other countries, shipping costs will be charged.
- Delivery outside the Netherlands is only possible at a home- or work address and there are 1 or 2 delivery attempts.
- In certain countries the package can be collected within 7 days after 1 or 2 delivery attempts at a pick-up location.
- Preferably choose a delivery address where the package can be taken in reception.
- We only ship to selected EU Countries.
