All online purchases in the Netherlands & Belgium can be exchanged or returned for free. You have 14 days of reflection from the day after receipt, after which you have 14 days to return your purchase. For orders outside the Netherlands & Belgium, the return costs are at your own expense. All returns must comply with our return conditions. Our free return service is uninsured and at your own risk.
Return your online order
If your purchase is not entirely to your satisfaction, you can easily return your order using the return form that is attached with your order or with the withdrawal form by mentioning the order number. You also have the option to revoke in a different way, as long as you mention your name, address and order number.

Returns Netherlands & Belgium
- Stick the return label on top of the original shipping label on the shipping box and enclose the return form.

Netherlands you can deliver the package to the (free of charge) 'antwoordnummer' at a PostNL post office in the Netherlands.
- Free returns are uninsured and at your own risk. If you want to insure your return, shipping costs are at your own expense – local shipping rates apply.
- Always ask for a shipping receipt when you return your order.
- After receiving your return you will receive a confirmation e-mail of receipt.
- The purchase will be refunded within 5 working days after receipt, but no later than 14 days after the dissolution of your purchase. This also applies to sale items. When you return all items of your order, the shipping costs will be refunded as well.
Exchange online order (Netherlands & Belgium only)
If you return your online purchase by post, you can always exchange it for the same item in a different size or color of the same price.
- Indicate the preference of your exchange on the return form attached with your order. Your exchange will be processed once your return has been received. If we can not deliver your exchange, we will refund you the purchase amount within 5 working days after receipt but within 14 days after the cancellation of your purchase.
- If you want to exchange the item for an entirely different item or an item with a different price, you can easily order a new item and return the current item.
Returns in store
- You can easily return your online order with the return form in one of our stores. Returned online orders cannot be exchanged in store and will be refunded to you within 5 working days on the payment method of your order.
- If you want a different size or color of the previous item, you can purchase a new item in the store or online.
Returns outside the Netherlands & Belgium
For orders outside the Netherlands & Belgium, the return costs are at your own expense. If you want to exchange; return the item and place a new order. You instantly know if the item is still available.
Return conditions
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unworn.
- Use a shipping box for the return. Shoeboxes may not be covered with tape or a return sticker.
- Items may be viewed and fit. If the item is used, we may charge the decrease in value.
- The time for reflection is 14 days from the next day after reception.
- After dissolution of the purchase, it must be returned within 14 days.
- Nolten will charge shipping costs if an order can not be taken in reception or is not collected at the pick up location. The shipping costs that PostNL charges to consumers apply.
- Online exchanges are only possible for the same item in a different size or color of the same price (Netherlands & Belgium only).
- The free return service (Netherlands & Belgium only) is not insured and at your own risk. You can not return your return by cash on delivery.
- For returns for all other countries, the risk and return costs are at your own expense.
