All prices on our website include 21% VAT. The prices on our website are equal to the prices in our stores.

You can pay using online banking through your own bank, with your credit card or with AfterPay (Netherlands only) after receiving your order. When paying with a credit card, the amount will be charged directly to the relevant credit card.

All transactions at Nolten are secured. All information that is exchanged for the execution of the payment is encrypted via the SSL protocol. This information cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. The data is not saved in our computer systems.

If you return your order and the items have been returned correctly, the purchase price of the return items will be refunded within 5 working days, but no later than 14 days after the purchase has been dissolved. If all items of the order are returned, we will also refund the shipping costs. Returned items must meet the return conditions.

Nolten accepts iDeal and AfterPay (Netherlands only), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Bancontact, ING HomePay, CBC, Belfius, Sofort, Fashion Cheque and VVV Gift Certificates.

Riverty carries out the complete post-payment process for Nolten.nl. This means that you will receive a payment overview from Riverty. With the Riverty App you can view and pay this payment overview, safely and very easily on your smartphone. In the online environment My Riverty, you can manage your payment statements from your computer or tablet. Riverty keeps you informed via push notifications & e-mail when a payment overview is ready for you. To approve your request for postpay, Riverty carries out a data check. Riverty applies a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In case your request for payment with Riverty is not authorized, you can pay your order with another payment method. If you pay using a VVV Gift Voucher, you can pay the remaining amount with another payment method. Please, save the VVV Cadeaubon for later use. In case of a return, the amount will be refunded to the VVV Gift Card and the used payment method. The only exception is a combined payment with iDeal. Then the full amount will be refunded to the bank account used for the iDeal payment. Legally, you can spend a maximum of € 50 of 1 VVV gift voucher online per transaction.
